Yes Boss (1997)
Another not so great 90s film... even though it is Shahrukh. The problem with this one was that it's just a silly premise. Shahrukh is like the ultimate yes man and his boss is the world's biggest philanderer. The stupid things that Shahrukh has to go through for his boss is probably the silliest part, but the film is still kinda cute is a dumb/cheesy way.
Basically Shahrukh makes a little extra money on the side as a sort of matchmaker or organizer for his boss' affairs. He hates it, but his mom is sick and so he needs money. However, the latest girl the boss falls for is the one that Shahrukh is falling for, so when they are forced to pretend to be married to keep the boss' wife from being suspicious, it gets funny.
Its a pretty lame movie and the best parts are when they are forced to pretend to be married, partially because of his mother's weak heart and partially to fool the wife. Because they are actually liking each other, of course that's going to make them fall in love faster. So in the end everyone has to pick love over money as they face the consequences of their wanting to be together. It's a film about initially money hungry people who learn that love is better.
The ending part is way ridiculous.
This movie is dumb. However, it's not the worst thing I've seen, so if you really want a 90s cheesy film, go a head and watch this. But only if you love Shahrukh, cause otherwise it's probably not worth it.
Honestly the Only Song I Remember from it:
